Full Tilt Riders MC (FTR MC) was founded as a riding club in Portland, Oregon on December 3, 2003. In 2007 we became a Motorcycle Club (MC). The original founders were Julie (Jelly Bean), Anthony (Zorro), Sam (Taz), D.G., Greg (Thinker), James (Doc), Maury (Tyga), Jabori (Little Man), Zack (Zac), and James. We started on sport bikes, but through the years our cruiser population has increased. It was Zorro who created our motto “Lean to be Seen.”
FTR MC is a nationwide family club with twenty active chapters in fifteen states. We strive to project a positive and safety conscious image of riders to the communities in which we live. We ride together to annual events, explore scenic routes, organize long distance cross-country rides, support other clubs and their activities on the motorcycle set, and frequent our favorite local restaurants and bars.
FTR MC works with local and national organizations and charities. Since 2014 we have supported the National MS Society – raising funds, volunteering, participating in MS walks, serving as motorcycle marshals at Bike MS events, and raising awareness for people living with Multiple Sclerosis. Locally, we organize community service activities at homeless shelters and food banks, coach youth sports, raise funds for those in need, donate meals and gifts to needy families during the Holidays, and much more.
